Joey is the President/Owner of Absolute Athletics (A2). Absolute Athletics is an adult recreation league based in the city of Chicago that started in 2017. It is the host of the largest coed flag football league in the United States and is also host to a 8 women's contact league. He was also the President/Co-Owner of CBL Sports in Chicago from 2011-2016. He has been part of the flag football scene in the Chicagoland area for just over 10 years and has been playing flag football just as long. 

Dedrick Dewalt is currently the new head football coach at Lane Tech High School in Chicago. He has over 12 years head coaching experience including Dyett HS, Kenwood HS and Hammond HS in the Chicagoland area. He also held a brief stint in the N.F.L. with the Tenessee Titans and the St. Louis Rams. He played collegiatently at Boston College, where he was a 2x Big East All Conference Member. He has over 12 years of flag football experience in different styles including coed and mens. 

Abdullah Asad is the current Athletic Director and Head Football Coach at Dunbar High School in Chicago. He has been there since 2018. He also was the defensive backs coach at Augsburg College in 2015. He played college football at Concordia University and was a 2x All Conference Player. He started his flag football career in 2016 in and was the defensive coordinator for Dora Milaje Women's travel team out of Chicago. 

Our goal is to promote, support, and increase awareness of women's flag football around the world. We want to unify the sport worldwide. Not necessarily by rules or a governing body, but by networking and relationships which will be the foundation of our strength. We want to create a membership base that will empower us to be in a position to enhance the sport for all. 

Absolute Athletics (A Squared) is an adult recreational sports league that host leagues and tournaments in the Chicagoland area, in a variety of sports. Our motto is simple: "Some people want it, Absolute Athletes work for it". A Squared encourages fun and socialization through competitive team play, while providing an excellent organizational structure and timely support for all teams and their participants. Currently A Squared is offering flag football with basketball, softball and other options to come in the near future. Absolute Athletics wants to expand throughout Chicagoland and the surrounding area.
